Flow Question

Is there such a thing as too much flow? I just upgraded my return to a rio hf20 which is hooked up to a spray bar. I also have 2 seio 620's pushing the lengths of my aquarium. the tank itself is a 75gal. I do have sps in my tank so i do know that i need alot of flow but is there such a thing as too much. Nothign is directly in the line of fire so to say

Yes there is such a thing, but usually the indicator is a sand storm in your tank if you have sand, or all of your rocks pushed against one wall if you have a BB. Doh!
