melev - We're thinking we better since it won't cost too much since we have 99% of the stuff
david - Haven't thought of a viewing height. But it does come w/ a powder coated stand. Not sure how hight that is DrBegalke - It would be easier for me to reach the bottom. I'm only 5'10" so my tank now is 20" tall and I can barely reach the bottom Hop - I know I REALLY like that plan too A BIG SPS/Clam tank for me. And I/we (wife and I) get some of the Tangs we like. Only problem is I don't think I'll get my Emperor Angel scoutmaniak - FOWLRS are pretty boring and the wife said that last night. She's turning into an SPS freak like me. Softies don't do it for her. I'm thinking we will pull the trigger on it soon. Then drive 4 hrs to go get it I'm getting excited. Off to price LR. Any idea where is a nice place to get some good stuff? I thought about doing have base rock like reefer rocks and do a box of LR to fill it. Wonder how many pounds I should add?? I have enough to fill a 58gal which would be about 1/2 to 1/3 what I need...have to have room for the SPS to grow Lunchbucket

I have a 52*36 that is 20 tall, and I really like it. I considered, but don't miss the extra 4 inches.

It would be an SPS / clam tank w/ quite a few tangs. I knew that was going to happen before you did. Go for it dude, It will be awesome.

Just bought the tank. We are going to set it up when we get a house. It will be a SPS/clam tank combining my equipment and hers into one big tank.
