What grocery bought greens do you feed?

I was just wondering what grocery bought greens people feed to their algae grazers?

For African cichids and plecos, just stick with romaine lettuce and zuchini.

For koi and goldfish, you can give oranges, lemons, romaine lettuce, and zuchini.

For saltwater fish, I've used the farmers market and the supermarket to purchase things like clams, mussels, shrimp, or squid. Basically, anything I couldn't get in large enough pieces out of the frozen cubes or anything I knew I could get cheaper for human grade at the market.

As per greens for saltwater fish, I'd probably stick with nori.

If you read up on HLLE, you will probably see some other suggestions, as greens are supposed to help prevent HLLE. I have seen people recommend broccoli.
