72" T5 bulbs?
where can I get them and well 2 72" bulbs work on a workhorse 7 ballast?

The only t5 bulb's i've ever heard of are the helios from Premium aquatics. The reason being they are so slim and fragile, i'd hate to have to ship one....it would probably break half the time. And not sure about teh workhorse. Ask Grim about it.

I would think 2 36" ones end-to-end would be a better setup.

I have 2 x 80watt T5's that are 60" long & use a WH7 ballast.
I didn't know they made them 6'?

The 6' are the helios.....there not to great a bulb's imo. I would also suggest to just go with the 60" bulb's. If this is for a 6' tank, you won't notice the shading to much. Or like the above post you can go with teh 2x36" approach.

Actually current usa makes a 72" T-5 strip light.
Sorry no info on ballast.
