You should go to www.imageshack.us and upload your images. When you upload them you get a list of links go to the bottom where it says "Thumbnail," choose that and it should bring your image in the screen without having to refer to another site or be smaller than the original size you intended to have.

just get rid of the [img= and the other ] at the end, and put the http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/3108/img0212mm3.jpg between a [img] and a [/img]
