UV Sterilizer Rec's

What are generally considered the best UV sterilizers as far as build quality and efficiency for larger setups?

why do you think you need one should be the first question..

IMO UV sterilizers are a gimmic. Sure they are good in certain situations, like in a QT.

but for a main display theres just no way to get enough of your water through it to make any difference IMO. and could do more harm then good. JMO of course.
