Plexiglass thickness for sump baffles
went to Home depot on lunch break picked up a gfi outlet and was looking at the plexiglass and it comes in 2 thicknesses .93 or .220 I am not sure what this are in cm or mm not sure I believe that the .93 was 3/32 . I wanted to know which thickness is best for making baffles in the sump ? Also is this plexiglass safe to use?

You will need 1/4" plexi for the baffles. I tried that HD stuff, much too thin to hold against the water pressure. Find a plastics supply company locally. They should cut it to your deminsions.

The .220 stuff you found at HD is quite suitable. It works great, I have lots of it.

I thought that the .220 would of been a better choice a little thicker. anybody else out there use this home depot plexi glass.
