More skimmer purchasing questions.

Skimmers seem to be open for quite a bit of debate. The topic gets confusing.

I have narrowed my search down to three;

The AEs seem to get better reviews from members here. I am dealing with 26" of height under my tank, so the skimmers need to be at the most around 24" high.

I would prefer it mounted outside the sump, because my sump room is limited, 11.5" by 10.5".

I would like it to stay around the $200 give or take a few bucks.
