Help to identify

Hello, i've had this tank up for about 4.5 months now and i've been noticing a lot of these things popping up around the tank on the glass and live rock.

Can anyone tell me what they are and what they do.

Thank you.

Spirorbid Worms.

Small harmless feather duster worms. If anything they provide a food source and have beneficial filtering qualities.

I am afraid that I dont remember the name of them, its something like "spiroid worm". What I DO know is that they are good for your tank and also indicate that you have good water quality. They are filter feeders.
