ice cap ballast
hello, i have a 46 bow front i just made a hood/ canopy for it, someone just gave me an ice cap 430 ,what lamps should i use t5 t8 t12,pc ,how many lamps can i run with a single 430 i cant read the lable, local lfs is useless i got three difrent answers.

I'd go with T5s. Call Greg at Reefgeek and tell him what your looking for and he'll get you going in the right direction. Just got my lights from him thursday and WOW. Phone # 1866-295-9230. I can promise you that you wont be disappointed. BTW you lucky dog. Might consider upgrading to a 660 balast in the future depending on what you want to keep. It will nearly double your light output without much impact on bulb life.
