1st post - help me identify my sump
Hi, we just purchased a 155 bow front all glass for our first aquarium. It has corner overflows and two sumps underneath. The sump boxes are plastic, and say bio-life on them. They have three plastic filter trays and had a spinning wheel underneath the bottom tray, that was also stamped bio-life.
I was trying to identify the maker of these sumps, and figure out filter options for the trays. I did a google search, but could not really come up with anything. Thanks.

Ditch the trays, the lids and the wheels. Don't run filters if you're going to have corals. Get rock---cheapest would be 20 lbs of live rock and 130 lbs of base rock---all live rock for a tank that size would be pretty, but pricey. Get CaribSea Aragonite fine sand [recommendation, not universal truth], about 155 lps---comes 25 lbs per sack.
Install egg crate [lighting grid] atop your bottom glass. Set your dead base rock on it. Wash your sand in ro//di water---ro/di filter of your own is a real good investment; or install without washing. Place saucer on bottom sand: pour saltwater at 1.025 salinity in atop sand. If unwashed it will be cloudy for most of a week. Then add your live rock atop the base rock, and add 1 micropinch of fishfood a day until your water tests a spike of nitrate and nitrite. ULtimately your rock will be your filter: you don't need any other for a reef.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%. |

Thanks for the advice. I was actually just trying to find information on where the sump tanks came from, manufacturer, that kind of stuff. They are pre-drilled with thru-type fittings, and not sure if they might need replacement down the road.

From your description, it sounds like the Marineland Biowheel:
