Question Motor Mounts

I am installing my first closed loop pump and I am wondering what people are using to mount the motor on. The main objective is to cut down on the vibration of the motor on the wood bas is is sitting on.

Go to your local computer store and pick up a mouse pad, the neoprene type, they work great.
If that isn't good enough, try HD and look the the rubber pads they make to put under A/C units.
