Some kind of fungal infection if I had to guess. And as bad as it looks, kiss that poor guy goodbye. First off, I'd remove that coral to a QT tank if you hope to save any of it, leaving it in the display like that, and you may infect the rest of your corals. That last photo reminds me of a brown jelly infection, but I've never witnessed any of my corals turning whitish like that with a brown jelly infection.

You could try an coral dip (iodine). Might save him.
