Niger and BlueThroat are both 99% safe.

Also, sargassum triggers are put in reef tanks with some success. Again, not 100% safe but close.

None are going to be 100% safe, it's really hit or miss even with the "safe" ones. My vote would go blue throat, pink tail, or niger.
