pvc wavemaker or diy concept?

Is there such a thing yet as a wavemaker designed in a closed loop to break up the water to the outputs (using one pump) I'm thinking pvc manifold with a way to spuraticly dispurse the water to the closed loop outputs breaking up the same old constant flow.
