lightrail 3.5

for those of you that own one, I am having a bit of an issue, where the light rail mover moves fine going in one direction, but when it is time for it to move the opposite direction, it sort of stops and goes, you can see the wheel spinning in place but the mover is not going anywhere, have any of you experienced this and if so what did you do to fix it?

well I contacted the manufacturer about the issue and they are going to be exchanging the unit for me.
