Help with monitors and controllers

I'm looking for help with monitors and controllers. I will be ordering my equipment soon. I will order the Solaris LED lights so I don't need a controller to control the phasing and moon lighting. I also don't need a controller for the wavemaking since I will get the Tunze TS24 wavemaker.

I was thinking of the LiterMiter III since it can do a continuous water change and auto top off. I just read the online manual and it says it can control up to three dispensing devices but only one device may be on at a time. Now will it continuously do a water change but stop when it needs to top off then go back to a water change automatically?

I also want something like the Neptune AquaController 3 to monitor my system for simple stuff like temp and ph but also also a web interface, alarm, data logging, etc. It can also control my calcium reactor. I really don't need the other stuff it controls.

Now do I need to have both systems or is there something else?
