Question ARO or Workhorse Ballast?

Looking to pick up another ballast to run 2 x 75w VHO bulbs. The total wattage I need is 150 watts, not that it matters because both of these ballast put out 220 watts max.

VHO ARO Ballast (AS-220)

OR

Workhorse Long 7

My 1st choice would have been Icecaps, in fact I already have one (IC 440) and it works great running all 4 of my bulbs but I would like a sunset and sunrise effect (preference). Buying another IC 440 is what I would like to do but thats another $100 on top of what I am paying for either an ARO or Workhorse ballast.

Let me know what you guys think.
