Add some prime if your worried, it will detoxify the nitrite.

It's hard to say if the fish will be dead by tomorrow or not. My first thought is that he will probably be ok, but that all depends on what kind of shape it's in. Does he seemed stressed out?

I would definitely keep up with daily water changes until the levels consistantly read 0.

That value is nothing to stress about. If it continues to rise keep doing water changes. Just make sure you don't have any ammonia.

Quote from Reef Aquarium Water Parameters:
Aquarists' concerns about nitrite are usually imported from the freshwater hobby. Nitrite is far less toxic in seawater than in freshwater. Fish are typically able to survive in seawater with more than 100 ppm nitrite!

If it's only qt and not treatment, run carbon in your filter: or change it if it's already there. Carbon removes ammonia, which is the worst element of the nitrate, nitrite ammonia triad.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.

Your nitrates are nothing to worry about. If the fish was healthy when you bought it, it will be fine....
