Additional Lighting

I have a question about getting a little more lighting in my tank. I currently have a 120g with 2x150 HQI MH and 2 2x65 PC's for a total of 560 watts. The MH's are in a housing similar to what is pictured below. The housing is 48" long and just sits across the top of my tank inside the hood about 10" above the water. The hood has a couple fans in the top to keep things cool. Each of the bulbs in behind glass. The ballast are magnetic and are the big tall round ones and are outside the hood. Now the question. There's room between the current bulbs in the housing to add another bulb. Would it be OK to just get a retrofit kit and add a 250w with electronic ballast into this same housing? Of course I would have to add another piece of glass. How much more temp would be generated? Would the housing be OK with three lights side by side, I never seen this type of configuration before? I would still like to use the 150's or I would just replace the 150's with 250's (but this would only give me an additional 200w instead of 250w).
