I would suggest an RO/DI system, check out the RC sponsors (they offer really good systems.)

Very poor reviews from those who have owned it and were willing to comment. Stick to a company that does RO for their core business, you will get much better quality.

^^^ I got one for free and it wasn't even worth it. The thing gave out in a fraction of the time it was supposed to. Tap water here is only 35-40 ppm and it lasted for 3 months just using it for topoff supply (probably 150 gallons during that period). Needless to say, I checked tds coming out one day and it was over 600ppm!! I made Kent Marine (who gave me the unit) send me some of their membranes and DI resins. I got a 60 gpd Hi-S Maxxima RO membrane along with Hi-S resin for free. I wouldn't have gotten that brand otherwise. Air, Water, Ice and the others are much better.

I've got a coralife RODI and love it. Half the people who badmouth it have probably never even seen one. It's cheaper than all the ones usually touted on these boards, and gives me 0-1 ppm faithfully.
