What is the best product to attach coral frags to rock under water?

thats preference...i just use krazy glue bought from dollar store..saves u money.

I use aquamend and superglue gel with 100% success every time. Here's what I do. Knead a small amount of epoxy completely. Remove frag from water and pat dry area to be glued with a paper towel. Add superglue gel to that area. Next squish kneaded epoxy ball onto that same area. Add superglue gel to opposite side of epoxy ball. Place underwater. A skin will form over the gel. Squish the epoxy ball onto desired live rock location, making sure to breeak the skin on the superglue gel. Hold for a few seconds. Done.

Note, the live rock surface that will receive your frag must be detritus and algae free. Also, larger frags, colonies mounted at weird angles might require more glue/epoxy simply due to their weight.
