Tangs are the notorious ones. Especially blue tangs from my understanding. I wouldn't even bother.

I can tell you that most fish can catch it. I have learned the hardway and would definately recommend you quarantine.

That being said, I have found most damsels (which is a very diverse group of fish and not all of them are aggressive) to be very resilient and this includes the chromis which make wonderful aquarium fish.
Clowns are pretty resistant to it as well, but any wild caught ones or any of the rarer varieties I would definately quarantine.
Many of the wrasses can be quite resistant to is as well.

But, I would quarantine and give a hyposalinity treatment to any fish I ever buy (unless it couldn't take this type of treatment).

Hope this helps.

Tangs are the prime ich magnets for sure. The blue powder and blue hippo I have found the worst for it. Dwarf angels such as the flame angel are pretty resistant and are reef safe with caution. I have one with no problems but they are said to sometimes nip a polyp or two. The copperband butterfly are fairly resistant as well. I have both with great success. If your very concerned about ich then be sure to keep a couple cleaner shrimp, cleaner wrasse, and/or a cleaner goby in your tank. clowns and chromis rarley get it as well as most gobies.

Cleaner wrasse are very diffifult fish to keep with a dismal survival record in captivity. They don't even eat ich but feed on parasitic isopods. A beginner should never attempt to keep them. I don't mean to be rude or anything but thought that should be pointed out.

Depends on your definition of agressive... Do you consider a wolverine not that agressive??

Have you ever tried any of the chromis? There are literally dozens of them and they make great aquarium fish. I am not talking about any of those mean Dascyllus, Amblyglyphidodon damsels that turn into 5 inch monsters. Some of the pomacentrus and even chrysiptera damsels make pretty good fish as well.
