Love the rockwork there....about as smooth as Michael Vick's move running from that pit bull on your avatar... LOL...

But really though, some of those peices look like they are barely hanging on, how did you get them to do that? Did you drill and put rods in them or they just happened to settle that way? Looking good....

Nice, I was wondering how that worked / looked....looks good...you have to drill them pretty deep to make sure they stay?

I love the rockwork Russ! It's not as open as some of those Japanese tanks, but it still has spots where you have some open sand.

Like the way you laid it out. I thought you were going to make a rock background on the tank back?

Not sure on the price yet. It started at $500ish but some changes were made as time went on.

So do you hook up an airpump to that smaller pipe? Or is that the feed line?
Looks great, you have no excuse not to get saltwater in there now huh?
Unless of course they don't pack it well and UPS plays soccer with the box.

The smaller pipe is for the feed pump. Ill put something like a maxijet 1200 to feed the skimmer. See, now you got me all worried on the shipping!

LOL That's why Captive Oceans started shipping fedex freight, it goes onto a pallet and they even strapped a small odd shaped box to the top so another box could not be stacked on top!
Cool idea, I guess UPS and Fedex ground we're all damaging the skimmers and you know how well build they are it's hard to imagine.

Here's hoping they pack her extra well for you, the + side is if it gets cracked you get a helluva deal on it and just seal it up.

Alright! Skimmer has been shipped via DHL (not familiar with this company). I also got 4 X 24W T5s for my dusk till dawn, a couple of Phosban reactors, moonlights, lumenarc minis and some misc items on order too. The rest of the equipment will be taken from my existing 90. That should be it to get the tank up and running! Once the 90 is down, Ill start building some stands for my WC and topoff stations. Its getting really close now.
