White specs on glass? Pods?

Ok no pics yet...camera still in mail. But did not notice these small specs on glass until I looked closely. On back tank glass and front.
Really white middle they have and some strangly legs on outside real small. I do house several baby brittle starfish, but I took a rough count and there has to be over 200 of these all over my tank.

I since removed foam insert from my return pump in hope of increasing pod population from my chaeto etc.

Could they populate to these proportions? And hopefully these are good for my tank lol

Thx

Are they small, white, and sorta spiral when you look close? If so might be siporpid worms (I misspelled that).
