seaclon skimmer
people say that this skimmer its not good but i change mines for a coralife super skimmer and the seaclon i costom made mines and it gets like dark dark nasty stuff and my coralife only took a bit of color out
and the coralife whas the super 220 |

So... for what I gather...
you're saying your Seaclone outperforms the 220 Coral life!!!!? 'cause it takes darker skimate... that is ODD.!!! |

If modded right the seaclone can be decent from what I hear

Can you explain a little what we're looking at? I see something tied onto the output, but that's about it.
The mods I have heard of, but never tried were: - Cutting down the small tube on the inside of the skimmer to increase dwell time. - Supergluing the collection cup to the skimmer body.

yes i would also like to know the mods. i have the same skimmer and would like to mod it. did u put the fishing line around the collection cup or is that just salt buildup?

whats with the sock on the output does it help with skimming and how did you us the line on the impeller i like the way it looks like its skimming i have a sea clown and want it to skim like that
