lol he has gotten a little weight but not much. I am feeding a little more just to fatten everyone up more. The convict is the only one thats skinny all my other fish are pretty well fattened up.

He may have parasites in him. If he eats well for a month or two, he should have gain more weight. Good luck with him.

In this thread I have counted 4 genus' but this is only up to page 22 of the first part. These are
·Acanthuridae - 12 species
·Naso - 4 species
·Zebrasoma - 5 species
·Ctenochaetas - 3 species

But there are more ,so in this thread there are around 24 species altogether that I have counted but like I say there are more.

Well it looks like I'll need to do the busywork myself.
Here's just the Acanthurus list...

I'll count them when I get back from work today.

Thats a lot but from looking real quick some of them are repeated unless there all different.

Cause from what we can see we have no evidence that there different other then there name and the repeat thats there.

But the Zebrasome Genus is included in the Acanthuridae Family.

Tang salad i did not know that. What is the reason for that? Or is that just how where counting?

what I would suggest is an index to the page where a particular tang is shown here.
Alot of reefers would be interested in the page number of the thread because of the information and discussion going on about the particular tang
