Scribbled Angel 3" Juvenile
Adult Raised one once from a 2 1/2" juvi to a 6" adult over a 6-year period in a FO tank. Gorgeous fish. Not really reef safe but I'll probably try a small juvi when my mixed reef tank is ready. |

I would say your best bet is to google "scribbled angel" and check all of the hits to see if you can find one "in stock". You never know. You just might find one. |

Bruno, that is a really nice fish. Looks expensive... Do you still have him?

He wasn't that expensive, relatively speaking. Especially considering how rare the fish is. This fish can only be found in one place in the entire world and that's the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Nowhere else. I paid $140 for him. That's probably right around what you can expext to pay for one today, if you can find one. |

I really like the flame angels too. I've never got one because they might munch on my corals, but now I'm gonna put one into my new 55 gallon FOWLR.

I love the Clown Trigger it's a shame that it would eat everything in my tank.
I've seen them get so friendly that they swim up to the top of the tank sideways so you can pet them. |

The CBB (Copperband Butterfly) is my fabvorite for two reasons. He is a hard worker, like me, trying to keep my tank free of aiptasia. And he looks pretty cool, again like me!!
The Six Line Wrasse ranks up there too, not because of his hard work, but because of his retangular-looking eye and that they are playful. Darting around the tank, in and out of the rock work. I have always kept both fish in any of my systems over the years. |

clownfish of course but also the lemon peel mimic tang. They are beautiful as juveniles and beautiful as an adult.

I really want to get a copperband, but I'm worried about my yellow and sailfin tangs harrassing it until it gets established.

Wow that is one extremely difficult question. As far as Genus there are a few, Holacanthus and Enchelycore are a couple. Right now my favorite in Enchelycore pardalis is my favorite. It has always been a favorite of mine since I became interested in fish when I was a young kid. When I first saw an adult specimen when I was about 8 years old I was mesmorized and scared at the same time. The teeth and the display of this fish amazed me and looked like it came out of the comic books I was reading. I always wanted to keep one and finally about 2 weeks ago I got him. It took a few months to find him because I wanted a baby. So here is my baby paradalis and then some pics of and adult. Regards, Tim

Kind of "vanilla", but I just picked up a Zebra Dartfish (Ptereleotris zebra) from the LFS last night and it's SUPER fun to watch. It took him only a few minutes to start digging around under my rocks.
When he gets spooked he shoots right down into his new burrow in the blink of an eye. (Better down than up ) I'm also enjoying watching my new fairy wrasse, when it's out, though I haven't dialed in an exact ID on the species yet.

Wow myerst2! I have always wanted one of those too, but don't they cost like $2000 usually? On my budget I can barely buy a $50 fish.

Right now (ask me later and I might give another answer) my favorite fish that I can both afford and keep in my 65 gallon mixed reef is the Gold Striped Maroon Clown followed closely by the Orchid Dottyback (I have two Orchids now, the GSM Clown will be the last fish addition to the tank and would love to have a mated pair of GSMCs)
I'm with myerst2!! I can't afford one, and can't keep it in my mixed reef, but I LOVE the Dragon Eels!!!
