No. Fish wastes, whether solid or liquid, are released from a single orifice much like a bird.

I guess I should have paid better attention in high school biology, huh?

High school was a total loss for me. I got a C minus in biology, because I paid too much attention to Nancy Sue Hunt.... Didn't hurt me in the long run, though.
