Pretty dogs! Your stand is coming along nicely as well. Congrats on the new tank. What are your plans for equipment and stocking thus far?

ok, heres the ten gallon again..

and what the stand is looking like today..

... We're working on the doors right now. Should have those stained and up today. still gotta do one more coat of stain and then the clear coat. Tank should be going on it tomorrow, with some water. Gonna let that cycle for a while then let loose the fish that are in the ten gallon. I'll keep updating my pics. =]

Hope you guys enjoy my little timeline. This is the first time I've a.) stained b.) built a fish stand c.) had a huge saltwater fish tank.

We're planning on doing the sump in two sections. One area for the skimmer and the second for the fuge and return, going to be jointed with a pvc pipe, Haven't done exact specifics just yet. =]

Sorry, didn't see your post-

haha thanks. They thrive for attention, not that they don't get enough of it!

I'm thinking for stock I'm just going to start out with my two clowns and yellow tang, and clown goby in there. Add a few corals and an anemone and just add as I go! haha

Ok, so we've got the tank and stand set up in our house... I'll post pictures in a few minutes... but it looks awesome, and I'm super excited.

Nice build so far! Did that dog in the kennel get a time out for something?

Actually Yea! She dug up our mulch, and chewed up the bushes on the side of the house when we weren't paying attention, and then when we put her inside she just sat and barked cause everyone else was outside. So we figured, keep her in the cage, and put her outside. Lol!

She's my boyfriends mothers dog- and SO annoying...

we hit some unexpected financial trouble, so we've been taking things pretty slow. Unfortunately the stand is NOT finished.. but still works. =]

Right now I have it set up with two powerheads for movement.

My large bucket of salt. In my unfinished stand...

some foam at the top of the water... still questioning it..

view from the other side. - sorry for the dirty table. =]
