10-15%
I wait to do it every 2 weeks and change 15%. Others like to change 1-2% everyday to avoid a major change in the water conditions. It's really preference.

I like to do a 20% water change every 2 weeks. However in the summer I travel a lot for the business I own & dont get to keep on the 2 week schedule all of the time. Last summer I tried the 10% weekly change every tuesday. It worked out good for the times I was gone for 3 weeks. The tank really never went more then 3 weeks with out a water change.

Rule of thumb is 20% every 2 weeks. So that would be 14 gallons. The only time that you might need to do more is if your nitrates are staying too high, or the phosphates are high. However if you are going to do 10% every week. There wont be much chance of that.

Good advice from flipper.
One tank i have is a bout 80 gal total water volume and I do WEEKLY 10 gal water changes, thats my SPS tank. Heavely stocked and over fead. The other tank is also about 80 gal total water volume, I do 15 MONTHLY water changes thats my LPS tank. Lightly stocked and barely fed. So you see there are many variables to take into consideration, I let the inhabitants in my tanks tell me what to do. HTH and makes sense Spleify
