Exclamation Adding more chemicals? Trace and etc.

I was at Petco and in the Marine section there's bunch of chemicals to add to the tank. Trace, Iron, Calcium, etc.

For my Fish Only Tank with LR, do I really need all of that? I read the bottle, and it seems to convice me that I may need it, like Trace.

I don't test for all of that. My tank is fine (meaning fish is alive), so should I just leave it alone?

P.S. What about those bottle of "Beneficial bacteria?"

You don’t need or want any of it. For a reef all you actually need is calcium.

all you would need is regular water-changes. your FO tank really isnt going to consume much of the trace elements, i.e. Iron,...

I stop testing (as I ran out) because my fishes are doing ok with regular water change.

For your purposes, all that is needed is regular water changes (calcium also, if you want).
