1-are all crushed coral substrates argonite based?
I just purchased a 10lb bag but theres no brand name on it
it just has crushed coral written in a permanent marker

2-how should I sell paly frags?
like by polyp,by diameter.etc
and how much?

I would not assume that an unmarked bag of substrate is crushed coral.

You might check some of the RC sponsors for pricing on polyp corals. This will give you a basic idea of the retail value of palythoa.
