I'm not sure if there is a best place. Depends on what you want and when. Try checking feedback down in the venders forum.

I checked out live aquaria seems alright. I also looked at saltwater fish .com but they didn't have any fish in stock . I glanced at vendor forum I was just checking around to see if anyone really thought one place was better than another. I am almost done with my lfs as far as fish go , corals ok, fish no. They let a fish that they were holding for me die of ich.It came in fine they placed it in one of their ich infested tanks to make sure it was ok . They put my name on the fish and tols me I could take it home in 3 days . When I went back it had ich. They told me it would be fine it was healthy enough not to treat (lol) . It died today . Good store huh.

Ya, that's sad... seems to happen alot... You'll see alot of different opinions on Live fish sales on the net, but, most of them are pretty decent, just make sure they have a good guarantee.. I can't say a whole lot, I only ordered from Liveaquaria so far... this summer I may try a couple more places for corals....

Dr. Mac and sons sells tank bred ocellaris pairs for cheap prices, they are very hardy fish, they dont sell many other fish but they have a good coral selection and the customer service is A+

liveaquaria.com is pretty good, decent corals. So is saltwaterfish .com when they have what your looking for in stock. I have ordered from them several times and every time I have received beautiful heathy specimens. Got a purple tang on sale for $60 he's a fat 4 inchesand stunning. DRMACCORALS.COM has a great selection of beautiful corrals, I would definatly reccomend. IPSF.com rocks if you ever need all sorts of micro organisms and macro algae plus select soft corals. Also everything is 100% aquacultured. I have also ordered from vivdaquariums.com in L.A. very pleased w/fish. I would stay away from aquaCON.com unless you prefer half dead pathetic looking livestock. Just my opinion

Which is all one can go from. I would rather shop at a place where others have had good experiances than from a place that I know nothing about.

Perhaps you do not understand the concept of a loaded question. Furthermore, if you are telling him to gather info and decide, that is exactly what he was doing. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE MR. OBVIOUS.
