set-up my 65 gall

Well after a major down grade from 240gall to 65gall, I am setting up my sump and asking if anyone has any words of wisdom. If you would do some thing different please tell.

Looks pretty sweet to me.

If those are glass heaters I'd probably move them from the skimmer enclosure to that front section. I don't like heaters anywhere near where I might accidently break them.

What are the plans for the 2 mags?
Are you familiar with the ER skimmers? If so have you tried the gate valve mod? The gate valve mod works so well that ER should just sell them with their skimmers.

Well started to add water and rock , going to get some sand tomorrow and finish adding the water. Hope my cycle goes fast. By the way the guy I got the tank from chucked the rock and coral under his deck after his wife told him to get rid of the tank. I took it all, and there are some nice marshland and tonga about 70lbs. Just need some live to seed it.

Setup is looking great! You planning on putting a background on the tank?

The sump is a 20 gall, as for lights there T5 2 artinic and 1 10k and 1 blue. Trying to find some MH that I like dont think that T5 only will cut it for sps.

I realy dont have any better pics than the first one, I now have it up and running. As for baffle placement the tank is split in half with a over, under, over in center and a melevs bubble trap. Also added a small fung area to keep macro algae and live rock rubble. Check melevs sight he is the man when it comes to sumps
