Why mojanos suck

I know some like them. I hate em. Just waiting on my raccoon to show to take care of them before my upgrade.

yup trying to eat a mini star.

Boy I can't wait to rid myself of them.

A tiny pest anemone similar to aptasia but in my experience one that spreads even faster. Some like them because they look like tiny bubble tips anemones. Also sometimes called tulip anemones.

It's a pest anemone similar to aiptasia. Needless to say, you don't want these.

I pull them off with tweezers and it seems to do a good job. Just don't get them on your hands. They smell really bad

Sadly they're are somewhat attractive, unlike their aptasia counterparts, but a nuisance nonetheless. I used Joe's Juice successfully to rid of them. I've heard injecting kalk paste and/or boiling water is equally effective.

I tried boiling water but it seems to get back all the time. I'll try kalk paste next time.

I had to resort to putting my rock out in the sun for a week. I killed everything that was living in the rock but it was a last resort. Those things are terrible!

I've thought that a pico tank filled with them on the rock might be a pretty tank. They do come in several colors and are very hardy!

I would love a tank full of aiptasia, mojano, and Valonia. Maybe some Hydroids swaying next to them too!!!

I killed a GIANT aiptasia in my tank tonight!!!

me-1
vs.
aiptasia-0
