Aquatic Warehouse is the nicest, IMO. I hear Crystal Cove is nice, but far away. Octopuss garden is a bit of a shack, and a bit dingy, but has some nice corals and fish. Pet Kingdom has descent stuff too.

FWIW, the Octopus's Garden on this list, is not the one the fellow above mentioned ( I don't think). This one isn't a shack, but it's way pricy.
