Tell me what Ballast??????
I want to upgrade my lighting.
I want a good dual 250 watt ballast. what do you all recommend? PFO, Coralvue etc..... thanks |

I like the Icecap electronic ballasts myself.

dont know how good they are but take a look at ocean encounters look like $160 for a single 250 MH retro..

check out hellolights.com they are usually cheaper on lighting stuff

phoenixes have been reported to last only 6 months on an electronic ballast such as an icecap. I personally like the xm10k look with the icecap ballast.
