skimmer ratings

I have been searching through posts to find this, there were 1- skimmers that got bad reviews from people on this site......they were relatively inexpensive but not worth the frustration......can't recall if it was the Seaclone, or the Red Sea Berlin? Coralife? If you want to PM me instead of possibly breaking post rules....I have the opportunity to pick up a used skimmer, a friend is totally breaking down and moving and will keep only 1, he has 3 different types....

from what i have seen the seaclone gets horrible reviews. i have a coralife super skimmer and im very happy with it. it does require a bit of tweaking to get it running top notch. once you get to know it though it is a great performing skimmer that doesnt empty the wallet.
