Perculas and Ocellaris
Is there a differance between these clowns? If they are put in a tank with they fight?

There is a small difference, One has black stripes between their orange and white stripes and one doesn't (I believe the Ocelaris has the Black stripes). Also, the number of spines supporting their dorsal fins changes.
As far as specific personality traits between the two fish I'm not sure, I used to have an ocelaris that jumpped out of the tank to his demise, but before that he was exceptionally friendly and would even eat out of your fingers. |

you should be able to pair them up. they will fight until they determine who is the female and who is the male.

There are a few faint coloration differences that can't be truly relied on. Mainly, A. ocellaris tends to have thinner black markings than A. percula. The orange on A. ocellaris has more yellow in it than the A. percula. But, more and more clownfish are coming in the trade that have a wide variety of color variations. Interestingly enough, A. percula tend to have thick black bands, but A. ocellaris can even be completely black and white.
But above all, about the only morphological difference is a single dorsal spine. A. ocellaris have 10-11 dorsal spines and A. percula has 9-10. A. ocellaris and A. percula can coexist in the same tank and will even pair up on occassion, but don't count on it.
