Return pump itself causing micro bubbles?

I have a coralife super skimmer that pours back into my bag filter. I put a light to my sump and could not see any micro bubbles whatsoever, but my tank is full of microbubbles coming from the return pump. Could it be possible that my Rio return pump is causing microbubbles within my tank? How else could I elimnate the microbubble situation?

Very possible.

What pump do you have and how many gph do you think its pushing into the tank?

You might have too much flow. Throttle it back with a valve and see if that improves things.
