How Quickly Must I Treat Nudis?
I have a colony of zoos that hasn't been opening the last
couple of days (a few in the colony do ) my other colonies are good. After close inspection I have spotted what I believe to be very small nudis (like a few grains of sugar). I intend to remove the colony and dip in lugol's. 1. Is this the proper move? 2. Will 18 hours make a large difference? How much damage can they do overnight? we've got people coming for New Year's Eve and I really need to wait until tomorrow.

Get yourself a yellow coris wrasse, they sleep in the sand so a sand bed is a must. Mine ate all my nudis : ) I believe once you see them they are very hard to get all of them by dipping(I don't know how much zoanthids you have in your tank) but once you see them there are many many more. Check the zoanthids forum there is a sticky on dips at the top.
