Should I be worried?

I'm just sitting here snooping around my tank with a flash light and I came across a 8-10 inch bristle worm on my Zoos.. looks like its just crawling through them.. but should I be worried? By far the biggest bristle worm I've seen in my tank..

Not at all, bristle worms are not the prettiest by far, but they are extremely beneficial. They clean your tank from detrius. A few months ago I got some worms from IPSF, and no losses what so ever. Keep it!

I wouldn't stress. They do more good than people give them credit. The zoas will be just fine.

Also I have some other questions.. I turned the lights off in my tank and I can hear my clown fish splashing around sorta like hes trying to jump, any reason why? And also does anybody have a picture of a peanut worm?

my clowns do that to. They host on top of my powerhead and sometimes they nip at things floating on the surface and sometimes they just turn around fast at the surface.
