PC DIY kits?

I'm looking at upgrading my tanks. I've used the AHsupply retrofit kits in the past and haven't had any problems with them. And their reflectors are very effective.

Anyone used the Coralife or PFO kits? I can't seem to find any good pictures, but they both look like they use flat reflectors instead of the 5 facet lenses used by AHsupply. But the Coralife and PFO's do look like they're a bit more plug-and-play.
