Shouldn't 48" T5HO be 54 watts per tube? The one on your link said 36

I run a Current Orbit CF. It puts out quite a bit of light and was not that expensive. I think at a total minimum you need a 2 bulb light, one actinic bulb, and one 10k bulb.

I have the Current Outer Orbits with the MH's and love it. The Orbits have dual 96W bulbs and are great if you do not need the MH. Good price point aand very well made.
