Best T5 Bulb Combo on a 4 bulb teklight

i am going to order my TekLight 24" light 4X24watt this weekend. This will hang above my 50 gallon oceanic (30X18X21). What is the best bulb combo to get the both the best growth and color? My Choices are

Giesemann Actinic Plus or Blue
Giesemann Midday
Giesemann Aquablue
Giesemann Pure Actinic Plus or True Actinic

also, as for the hanging hardware, is that something i can pick up from home depot, or would it be better to buy it?
