synthetic slime coat

does any one know where i can find out the ingredients for a synthetic slime coat or perhaps some one has a recipie for one?

I do not have a recipe for one, but it likely is a polymer, and not something you'll find around the home.

I'm also not sure they are useful.

What do you want to do with it?
