low heat
right now i have my tank set at around 76-77 deg. Ive only got a shrimp right now...i wanna get the tank around 79-80 deg...
i should go about this by a deg or so a day right? i dont just wanna crank it and risk killen the shrimp |

2~3 degrees swings in temp slowly isn't going to hurt anything....but you can do it overnight if you want.....

76 - 77 isn't a bad temp range to run either. I wouldn't change it unless the temp was swingin in the 80's during peak daylight hours or something.

Imo, 80 is a good middle of the road temp. Gives you a little bit of leverage either way in case of temp fluxuation.
