Fish/Tang Vitamins & Food.

I am currently using Zoe for added vitamins and feeding mysid & two fishes nori and frozen formula one all rotaed out for good nutrition with my hippo and PBT.

I wanted to see if there are any other really nutritious foods and or suppilments that would be great to use for my tangs.

They are fairly new, battling some ich (yes, Im using garlic) and want to boost them up.

All suggestions welcome.

I also occasionally give them formula two flake and pellets, but thats pretty rare. I usually give just the frozen foods.
