Which LR from reefermadness?
Which live rock and how much would you buy for a 40 breeder sps? I plan on buying from reefermadness. I want an open look with lots of swimming room and room for corals to grow. I do not want the “rock wall” look.
Let me know what you think. |

I purchased some of the Kaelini rock from there and really like it, hopefully I can get some pics up in a few days.

lets here some more!
I plan on purchasing either when I get my paycheck in a week or the yearly rental profits in a few days (hopefully). I am leaning towards the mix of rocks. Will this look silly (2 different kinds of rock)? Will 40-45 lbs be tooo much? Not enough? This is my first reef!

i like 1 pound per gallon to give fish swimming room..plus, when you buy corals, 75% of the time they come on rock...so you need to account for that.
